3. Subscription & Payments

3.1 Paid Services

  • Subscriptions (e.g., premium news) are billed monthly/annually via secure processors (Stripe, PayPal).
  • Auto-renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled 48 hours before the billing cycle.

3.2 Refunds

  • Refunds are issued for technical failures (e.g., unable to access paid content) within 14 days of purchase.
  • No refunds for change of mind or partial usage.

4. Termination & Suspension

We may suspend or terminate accounts for:

  • Violating these Terms.
  • Fraudulent activity.
  • Prolonged inactivity (24+ months).
    Users will receive 30 days’ notice (except for severe breaches).

5. Disclaimers & Limitations

5.1 Service “As Is”

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free service.
  • Opinions in articles are the authors’ and do not reflect our views.

5.2 Liability Cap

Our maximum liability is limited to $100 USD or the amount paid for the Service in the last 6 months.
